Still a fan
I’m still a big Fan of the Astros. Yes i’m disappointed. But life go’s on and i still adore them guys.If they where to read this. I say thanks guys for trying your best and for being a class act.See ya in 2006. Again to the White Soxs fans and others that choose to be an ***.Guess what i don’t care what you say. I have put up with a lot of **** from fans of several teams. From fans who gave me **** when i stuck by Todd Zeile through all these years. Mostly Cards fans. Jealous people that did not get the fact that me and Todd were friends and called me names.Cards fans that don’t understand my love of baseball in general. The ones who can’t understand how me as a female know more about baseball. Than a lot of them do. The drunks at Busch Stadium that choose to pick on a female. What ***** *** men.Through all this. I have grown to be a stronger person. Yes i use to give a **** what folks think. But the older i get. The less i care. I like who i like and peoples snide comments won’t make me change my mind. It just makes me dislike some baseball fans even more. I hate sore winners and sore losers. My Astros lost. But i still have a lot of respect for them.I’m not a fan of any AL teams. But i respect the fact the White Soxs won. But i won’t celebrate that. Because i’m not a phoney.
Ugh this *****
Ugh i’m so bummed over game 3 of the World Series. To any White Soxs fans who read this and want to be jack *****. Screw you people. Last night really was sad. I have such mixed feelings about game 3. I really like Geoff Blum. But he is a White Sox now. Plus i adore the Astros. It really was upsetting to see him hit that homerun wearing a White Soxs uniform. But i don’t hate the guy.I’m still a fan of his. But i’m not turning into a White Sox fan either. I’m sticking by my Astros.I hope they can win tonight. It’s been an up and down type of season. I remember in April when they lost 4 games a row to St. Louis at Busch Stadium. I had tickets to those 4 games. But got really sick and could not attend any of them games. I stayed home and watched them games on tv. The first 2 months or so of this season where disappointing. But things got a bit better. But i never gave up on the Astros, Reds or Phillies. I would check box scores every day to see how everyone was doing. Plus go to MLB.com every day to see what was going on.I still had hope for those i love in baseball. This world Series is as disappointing as the 2000 World Series. No i was not a Met or Yankee fan back then. But my most favorite person in baseball was in the World Series. I’m talking about Todd Zeile. A lot of folks don’t understand why i like Todd so much. But he came in my life when things really ****** and he made it a bit better.I grew up living near Todd and meet him in 1987 and we remained friends through out all these years. In December of 1992 i moved to the St. Louis area. Todd still played for the St. Louis Cardinals.I was shy and very insecure about myself back then. Todd knew i was moving there. So when the 1993 season started. I went to Busch Stadium to meet up with him. Well Todd helped me get up the nerve to approach other players i look up to.Plus i learned a lot from Todd. To this day i feel if it was not for Todd. I would never have meet other players i like.Ok enough about Todd for now lol.Some say there is no crying in baseball. I tend to disagree with that statement. I have gotten emotional several times over baseball and have cried. At times i hate getting excited about baseball stuff. Because i tend to get disappointed at times. But i just love the game so much and the guys in it.
Bummed But Hopeful
I’m a bit bummed about game 1 and 2 of the World Series. But i’m still hoping the Astros will win. I’m still keeping hope alive.I’m really proud that they made it this far.
Good Job Astros
Last nights NLCS game 6 kicked ***. I’m so glad they won it in St. Louis. I saw a lot of fans leaving around the 8th inning. I guess the Cardinals fans gave up. I was so excited last night.I am so proud of the Astros. Plus happy for them all. Now i hope they kick the White Soxs ***. I wish i could go to a World Series game. But i don’t have that kind of money. I will just watch the games on Tv and root for them from my own living room. I’m glad in the World Series there is the DH so Jeff Bagwell can play more. I felt bad that Jeff didn’t get to play much in the NLDS or NLCS. But i’m sure he will kick *** in the World Series.
Bummed Out
Bummed out because of Game 5. The Astros were so close to winning that game. My heart goes out to all the Astros players.Especially Brad Lidge and Craig Biggio. Lidge because he tried his hardest and lost the game. Biggio because he has waited 18 years to go to the World Series. The Astros are still one game ahead of the St. Louis Cardinals.I hope the Astros can still win it. I don’t know what i’m going to do. I’m broke.Maybe i can get a standing room only ticket and go to game 6. But i highly doubt it. But i will hang out outside Busch Stadium and hope to God they win it here. I still have faith.

Omg just one more win and the Astros go to the World Series.I hope they can win it tommrow.I hope Brad Ausmus, Morgan Ensberg and Craig Biggio steps it up a bit. Plus i hope Jeff Bagwell can pinch hit and do something. Todays game at times made me nervous. But my boys pulled it off. I wish i had money to go to the World Series. Chicago is only 4 hours from me. If i went the Soxs fans would hate me to lol jk. I’d go nuts if the Astros won the World Series.
2 More Left
The Astros have 2 more to win to make it to the WS. God i hope they win it at home.I hope Brad Ausmus gets it going and becomes the NLCS MVP. After all he is my favorite Astro. I tried to add more picture today. But my computer is acting up again. I have several decent pictures of Craig Biggio, Jeff Bagwell, Brad Ausmus and Morgan.Plus pictures of Jim Deshaies. Yikes i think i didn’t spell Jim’s last name correct.Oh well i think most Astro fans know what i mean.
Go Astros
Yesterday i went to Busch Stadium to see The Astros outside the stadium before the game.Was not sure if i would get to go to the game or not. Not many of the players signed autpgraphs. I got Chris Burk, Jason Lane, Milo Hamilton and one other guy. I did get to go to the game. Thanks to these 2 fellow Astro fans. They had an extra ticket and sold it to me for less than face value. I sat in section 218 row 17 seat 4. Best seat i ever had during the playoffs. During BP i went to the Left field bleachers to watch BP. One of the Astro trainers gave me a baseball. I was standing in the second row of the bleachers during BP. When The trainer threw the ball up to the guy infront of me and asked the guy to give me the ball.That was really nice of him. After that the trainer got yelled at by the crowd to throw more baseballs. But he just ignored all the yelling. Then i went to my seat and Cheered on the Astros. They won 4 to 1 and i had a blast. My usher friend Mike thinks the Astros will win it on Monday in Houston. I hope he is right. Mike likes the Astros a little bit. But he wants a White Sox’s- Cards world Series. Mostly to make more money and see his favorite team the White Soxs play here.But he thinks the Astros is a better team than the Cards this year.I tend to agree with him. But i love The Astros.I do have some pictures from games this year. But at times my computer is acting up. So i will add pictures when i can.
Game 2 STL
I did get to Go to Game 2 on Thursday.I got a ticket from a guy outside Busch Stadium. For the actual ticket price.I got over 10 signatures from the San Diego Padres.I saw Brian Giles and he was cool as usal. I even finally asked him if i could have my picture taken with him. He was really nice about it.He sure looked nice yesterday in the suit he had on. It was hard not to be nervous around him. I just wish the Padres would have won that game. The Cardinal fans were obnoxious as usal when i rooted for Brian Giles,Joe Randa and Mark Sweeny. But i didn’t let them stop me from having fun. Bummer the dang Braves won yesterday to. I hope tommrow the Astros and Padres win. The Padres have to or it’s over for them this year.
LOL Braves
LOL Sorry Braves fans. But they lost 10 to 5. I’m on could 9. The Astros kicked ***. It was a pretty good game. Morgan got the player of the game.I hope they can win 2 more in a row. Tommrow i hope the Cardinals get beat. I hope Brian Giles has a big part in that.
